I have written a sample prayer for you after each verse. You can pray these quotes over yourself, or someone else. Or, feel free to create a prayer of your own.
1) Ecclesiastes 3:11 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labor, it is the gift of God.
Prayer: Thank You, Lord for gifting me with talents and abilities. I enjoy the fruit of my labor.
2) Ecclesiastes 5:19 Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labor: This is the gift of God.
Prayer: Thank You, Lord for giving me prosperity and abundance, and allowing me to enjoy it. Thank You for allowing me to be happy in my work. This is Your gift to me, and I praise You for it.
3) Isaiah 30:23 Then shall he give the rain of your seed, that you shall sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall your cattle feed in large pastures.
Prayer: Lord, cause the rain to fall on the seeds that I sow; thank You for giving me a rich and plentiful increase in my work.
4) Psalm 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he doeth shall prosper.
Prayer: Lord, make me like a tree planted by rivers of water--which brings forth fruit in its season, with leaves that don't wither. Cause me to prosper in whatever I do.
5) Proverbs 8:18-19 Riches and honor are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold; and my revenue than choice silver.
Prayer: Lord, may riches and honor be with me--riches and righteousness that will last. May my fruit and income be better than gold or choice silver.
